NIAH NAILED IT POLICIES/FAQ 

Processing times - I take great care in designing & creating your set by hand. While your set may take only a few hours to make, I have several orders in process. Your set will be created in the order it was received, and can take up to 1-2 weeks before shipping. Processing can vary and take longer than expected in times of high volume.

Disclaimer - I do my best editing photos to reflect what your nails will look like. However, please understand screens and lighting can affect the way you see the colors pictured...so ACTUAL COLORS MAY VARY. All items are handcrafted, and as such may have slight variations in designs. Designs are subject to change based on availability of supplies including, but not limited to, polish colors, gems, and accents. Proper care should be taken when applying and wearing nails.  Understand it is normal to pop gems, or accents. 

Sizing - **Shape/sizes are not all universal.  Our size chart is a general guideline - note longer nails and variations in shape may fit slightly more narrow as a result of their shape.  Ensure your fit before placing your order; we offer many ways to get your perfect size.  Misfits can not be exchanged/refunded.

Refunds - All products are custom made to order for personal care and cannot hygienically be reused, so unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  ALL NAIL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We are not responsible for mis sized nails or incomplete shipping addresses that result in a failed delivery attempt. 

Shipping - Please allow the stated number of days for delivery, after production time. Verify with USPS projected delivery prior to completing purchase transaction.

When your order is preparing to ship, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. However, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated with further details.

Orders will ship to the address on file. For security reasons I do not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. If your order has not yet shipped, and you wish to change the delivery address- you will need to: change address on file, re-purchase with new address, and request a cancelation. Cancelations are approved case by case, and only after a re-order is placed & bank approved with the new address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address. PLEASE INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BUILDING NUMBERS AND/OR APARTMENT NUMBERS.  

Returned/refused packages (due to incorrect address info or taxes owed) will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. I can only hold packages for 30 days awaiting reship payment, after that, your order will be closed. Returned/refused packages are not eligible for refund. See refund policy.

FINDING THE PERFECT FIT - **Purchasing our sizing kit in your desired nail shape and length is highly recommended to ensure finding the best fit. 

However, there is a way to measure your nails at home WITHOUT purchasing a sizing kit.

PRESET SIZES - We will offer press ons in what we called “ready to ship” sets that come in set sizes. These sizes are based off the most common sizes of each finger per size category. 

*We are currently offering sets in a XS, SMALL, MEDIUM, & LARGE size. 

(Numbers are arranged from thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky.)

XS: 3, 6, 5, 7, 9   

S: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9 

M: 1, 5, 4, 5, 8 

L: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7 

Custom Sizing When Ordering - If you would like to purchase a set in YOUR custom sizes, when purchasing your set please click the custom sizing button & leave your sizes in THE NOTES TO SELLER BOX. 

Be sure to indicate your sizes IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER: 

RIGHT HAND : Thumb size, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky 

LEFT HAND: Thumb size, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky

EXAMPLE : “Right Hand: 1, 5, 4, 4, 9 Left Hand: 1, 5, 5, 4, 9”

Authenticity Mini & Authenticity Pre-Teen Press Ons

Authenticity Mini Press Ons: 

Ideal for the ages 3 - 7 (with smaller nail beds)

ALL of our mini press on sets will include a set of 24 sticky tabs instead of glue for application. This is to ensure the health of the mini’s nail beds is protected. 

Application Process- Each set will include in depth  instructions, however the process is fairly simple. A light buff, alcohol wipe and sticky tabs. NO cuticle pushing or harsh drill to the nail bed.

The difference between the "Mini" and the "Pre-teen" Size is the nail bed sizing is slightly bigger to fit the preteens better. The nail shape is also a bit more defined in the "Pre-teen" sizes.

Sizing Kits are available under “Authenticty Mini” or "Authenticity Pre-Teen" sizing kit to achieve the best custom fit 

All of our “ready to ship” sets will include a set of 12 nails (2 of 6 different sizes)

X- Small: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 

Small: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 

Medium: 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 

Large: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A SET IN A CUSTOM SIZE, PLEASE SELECT CUSTOM SIZE WHEN ADDING TO CART. THEN AT CHECKOUT, IN THE “COMMENTS/NOTES TO SELLER” BOX PLEASE INCLUDE THE CUSTOM SIZES. 

Please list nail sizes in the following order- Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring and Pinky . If the nail sizes are identical for both hands just list the measurements ONCE. If the right and left hand have DIFFERENT measurements, please indicate which size is for what hand. (See example down below) 

Example: “3, 7, 6, 7, 8 (Right) / 3, 6, 6, 7, 9 (Left)"
